Frugare LLC (“Frugare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) creates and uses original intellectual property in connection with its web design, web development, digital creative, animation, branding, marketing, and related services.

Unless otherwise stated, the original content and creative materials displayed on Frugare.com are owned by or licensed to Frugare LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Copyright

Original materials created by Frugare may include, without limitation, website designs, layouts, graphics, illustrations, artwork, animations, motion graphics, videos, photographs, written content, creative concepts as expressed in protectable works, source code, scripts, software components, and other original digital materials.

Except where otherwise expressly authorized, Frugare-owned materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, sold, licensed, displayed, transmitted, reverse engineered, extracted, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from Frugare LLC, except as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

The appearance of Frugare-owned material on a publicly accessible website does not place that material in the public domain or grant permission for unrestricted use.

Website Designs and Creative Work

Website designs, demonstration websites, design concepts, layouts, visual systems, custom graphics, interface designs, animations, transitions, motion experiences, and other creative work developed by Frugare may constitute proprietary Frugare intellectual property.

Purchase of or access to a Frugare service does not automatically transfer ownership of Frugare’s underlying designs, reusable components, creative systems, development methods, animations, source code, or other intellectual property.

Ownership and licensing applicable to individual client projects are governed by Frugare’s Terms and Conditions and any applicable project agreement.

Animation, Code, and Interactive Experiences

Frugare develops custom interactive and motion experiences using technologies that may include JavaScript, CSS, SVG, GSAP, and other web-development technologies and libraries.

Frugare may own original code, animation sequences, implementations, configurations, components, visual treatments, and other original work created by Frugare, subject to applicable law and any rights belonging to third-party technology providers.

Use of a third-party technology or library does not imply that Frugare owns that underlying technology.

Characters, Illustrations, and Creative Properties

Original characters, illustrations, artwork, visual identities, and related creative properties developed by Frugare are proprietary creative assets of Frugare LLC to the extent provided by applicable law.

This includes original visual depictions and artwork associated with Frugare characters, including Fredo, as well as other original characters or creative properties developed by Frugare.

Such artwork and creative materials may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, commercialized, incorporated into other works, or used to create merchandise or promotional materials without authorization from Frugare LLC, except as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Frugare Trademarks

Names, logos, slogans, brand identifiers, and other marks used by Frugare to identify its goods or services may constitute trademarks or service marks of Frugare LLC.

Frugare’s marks may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or association with Frugare or that is likely to cause confusion regarding the source of goods or services.

Nothing on Frugare.com grants a license or right to use any Frugare trademark except with prior authorization or as otherwise permitted by law.

Third-Party Trademarks and Copyrights

Frugare websites, portfolio materials, demonstrations, or client projects may display trademarks, logos, photographs, software, fonts, libraries, or other intellectual property owned by clients or third parties.

Such materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on Frugare.com does not imply ownership by Frugare and does not grant visitors permission to use them.

Client-Owned Materials

Clients retain ownership of their company names, trademarks, original logos, business information, photographs, written materials, and other original content supplied to Frugare, subject to any third-party rights that may apply.

Frugare’s use of client-owned materials in providing services or displaying authorized portfolio work does not transfer ownership of those materials to Frugare.

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized reproduction or use of Frugare-owned copyrighted materials, trademarks, website designs, creative assets, animations, code, characters, or other intellectual property may violate applicable intellectual property laws.

Frugare reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law with respect to unauthorized use of its intellectual property.
