Yes… this is called “Analytics”.  Frugare offers real-time Google analytics for your Frugare-built websites (both custom and managed) to gain a full grasp of your performance.

Most of our products are monthly subscription products, while others are per-project items that require payment stages.  Let us know which product you need and we will explain your payment options. 

No.  Frugare does not advertise, nor do we offer advertising on Frugare.com in a traditional sense.  We present our clients in an “Our Work” showcase area to highlight the work we did for them.  We do try to highlight some of each client’s top features to help viewers understand the nature of their business, and why we built their website the way we did.

Unfortunately, no. Frugare is not a directory or an advertising website. We are a web development company and Showcase only the projects we have personally built for our clients… as well as our Managed Website Designs.

Managed Websites are already designed in a fixed state.  Content, colors, images, etc… are all that’s needed to update most designs.  Once you supply us with ALL the content needed to build the site, expect a wait time of 5 business days for us to build it and get it actively online.

Custom Websites are a “per-project” basis, due to various requirements of each project.  Custom websites can range anywhere from 4-6 weeks for small business websites…, to 6-12 months for enterprise-level websites.

Depending on the project, custom built websites can range from $5,000 to $100,000+ (and much higher in cases of enterprise-level websites).

Although both do a tremendous job online, Managed Websites are templates we created here in our design studio at Frugare.  They are made to be used repeatedly among multiple designs.  Variation comes once colors are applied, text differences, image differences, etc.  The same template can look VERY different even side-by-side once the different content is applied.  It is this modularity that enables us to create these products at such a drastic discounted rate, while still offering looks that appear quite different.  It’s worth noting:  Frugare’s Managed Websites remain as Frugare property should you decide to end your subscription.  Your company data, images, video, etc… is yours to keep freely… but you do not have ownership of the website or design.
Custom websites are completely different.  Although we do usually present our clients with Ai layouts simply to get a feel for “styles” they may like… the website build itself becomes 100% custom, meaning… everything about it is original.  Colors, layouts, sizes, programming, animation, creatives, video, etc… and an avalanche of technology goes into building a custom website.  This inevitably increases development time (and pricing) dramatically.  It’s worth noting:  Most levels of Custom Websites allow for client ownership (excluding Frugare proprietary property).  This means, for your added pricing level… you keep the design as yours.  Any proprietary property will be made available for continued use on your custom website (should you leave Frugare) for a licensing fee.

We spent the course of 1 year building our Frugare engine to handle our analytics, layouts, private dashboard, etc… and of course… tech support channels.  We are fully aware of the added benefits this presents to our clients.  It is our way of adding value to our already powerful Managed Websites… at a price that really speaks for itself.

The popular term “SEO” references the phrase “Search Engine Optimization”.  In recent historical periods… rankings were usually based primarily on items such as keywords, titles, descriptions, and other items knows as “meta tags”.  Today we are challenged with an entirely new meaning of SEO.  Things that worked in past are no longer valid for ranking criteria.  Searches now require much more information for rankings and placement levels.  In short, SEO is the term used to describe the techniques used to ensure your website, pages, etc… are “in-line” with what is required by the Search Engines in order to be chosen and ranked… by that Search Engine.

Frugare offers online form requests, direct email, phone calls, and in many cases… online meetings with monitor sharing for more complex issues.

Yes.  We offer this as a complimentary service to get to understand you and your business better, as well as gain insight on ideas you may already have.

Unfortunately, no.  We only offer tech support for our own clients.

Although extremely rare… it has happened, and will happen.  Servers go down, attacks happen, God-created events out of our control happen, and other things that can all cause an outage happen.  That’s life. 

However, our hosts experienced outages of less than 2 hours total down time during the entire last year period with most being scaled to 30-45 minutes at a time.  Many of the largest tech companies on planet Earth experience similar outages from time to time.  It is a reality of the web. 
Note:  Most companies don’t even realize an outage is taking place because of the speedy recovery times that usually happens.  But we know, and we are transparently letting you know that yes… it happens… even with Frugare.

You are more than welcome to cancel your order for a refund provided no work has begun.  However, once we officially begin working on your project, at any capacity… your payment is no longer refundable.  Web development and design takes hours upon hours of work and research just to find designs and styles you may be interested in, let alone the actual work of building the site itself.  This is very much time consuming work, and the creative process is demanding.  So once we start searching for designs (usually the very first real step)… that’s when you may no longer receive a refund upon cancellation.

Once your website has been completed and is ready for launch, and assuming your bill is current & paid in full… we will launch your new website online immediately.  Note:  If you already have your own domain (www.mysite.com), we will need to point that to our servers.  This could take a day or two to propagate.

Yes, we allow design changes from one Frugare Managed Website to another Frugare Managed Website once every 24 months.  A one-time setup fee will apply at the then determined rate for the newly selected design.

Frugare Custom Websites do not operate from templates.  These sites have full customization capabilities, but each update is a custom-built addition.  Contact us for further details of what is possible.
