Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Frugare presents a curated platform featuring businesses, services, experiences, and select products. Because the platform may involve multiple types of transactions—including advertising placements, services, travel coordination, and product purchases—refund and return eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the transaction.

The following guidelines outline how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled across different offerings available through the Frugare platform.


Advertising Placements and Platform Subscriptions

Advertising placements and promotional listings on the Frugare platform are reserved in advance and may involve preparation, content development, and promotional positioning.

For this reason, advertising placement purchases and subscription commitments are generally non-refundable once the placement term has begun.

Annual Advertising Subscriptions

Annual subscription commitments reserve advertising visibility on the platform for the duration of the agreed term. Once an annual advertising placement has been activated, refunds are not available for the remaining term of the subscription.

Monthly Advertising Plans

Monthly subscription options may be available for certain advertising placements. While these plans may be cancelled prior to the next billing cycle, charges already processed for the current billing period are non-refundable, as the advertising placement and promotional visibility have already been provided.

Advertising Content Preparation

Advertising content preparation, listing optimization, media placement, or promotional setup work performed by Frugare may involve creative development and administrative time. Once this preparation work has begun, those services are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds.

Lead Generation Services

Frugare may provide lead generation opportunities through inquiry forms, referral requests, consultation requests, or similar engagement features available on the platform.

Lead generation services are designed to connect visitors with businesses that may be able to assist them. Because Frugare cannot control the outcome of inquiries or the decisions made by visitors after an inquiry is submitted, lead generation services are not eligible for refunds once the lead opportunity has been delivered.

Frugare does not guarantee conversion, sales, or client acquisition resulting from lead inquiries.

Travel Planning and Reservations

For travel arrangements coordinated through Frugare’s Travel Advisor services, refunds and cancellations are governed by the policies of the travel provider, hotel, airline, cruise line, tour operator, or licensed travel agency responsible for issuing the reservation.

Frugare assists with travel planning and coordination but does not directly process travel payments. As a result, refund eligibility and cancellation terms are determined by the travel provider responsible for the booking.

Clients are encouraged to review all travel policies before confirming travel arrangements.

Products Sold Directly by Frugare or Associated Businesses

For products sold directly by Frugare or companies operated by the Frugare organization, refund or return eligibility will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Certain products… particularly luxury goods, custom items, or specially sourced products… may be designated as final sale, meaning returns or refunds may not be available once the transaction is completed.

If a return or exchange is permitted, items must typically be returned in their original condition and packaging within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.


Purchases Through Third-Party or Affiliate Partners

Frugare may feature products, services, travel opportunities, or experiences provided by independent businesses or affiliate partners. When a purchase is completed directly with a third-party provider, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed solely by the policies of that provider.

Frugare does not control the refund policies of independent businesses or partners and is not responsible for refund decisions made by those providers.

Clients who have questions regarding a specific purchase, reservation, or advertising placement may contact Frugare for assistance in directing their request appropriately.

While Frugare will make reasonable efforts to assist when possible, refund eligibility is ultimately determined by the policies governing the specific product, service, or provider involved.
